Lab Testing & Process
-
Labs are not included, as they vary based on your needs. I’ll walk you through options and pricing during our consult.
-
Lab pricing depends on the specific test and your needs. Most functional lab panels range from $200 to $1,000.
Examples include:
GI-MAP (gut health): ~$400–500
DUTCH Hormone Panel: ~$250–450
Micronutrient Testing: ~$250–600
Organic Acids Test (OAT): ~$300–400
I partner with Rupa Health and Evexia Diagnostics, which offer wholesale pricing directly to you — no inflated costs or insurance hassles. Labs are paid via a secure link, and kits are shipped straight to your door.
There are no hidden fees, and I do not mark up labs. You’ll only pay the actual lab cost plus a 3%–7% service fee added by the lab platform to cover processing and shipping.
-
Yes — both Rupa and Evexia add a small service fee (3%–7%) at checkout. This covers:
Processing your order
Shipping your test kit
Sample instructions
Lab-to-practitioner coordination and upload of results
I always pass on direct-access pricing with full transparency — no markups.
-
Once we decide on your labs, you’ll receive a secure payment link from Rupa or Evexia. After payment, the kit is shipped to you. Once completed, results are securely shared with me and uploaded to your client portal for review.
Note: It’s your responsibility to order and complete labs promptly to stay on track with your healing plan. -
You are. I’ll guide you through the process, but it’s up to you to purchase and complete your lab kits so we can move forward without delay.
-
I’ll send reminders, but timely ordering and sample submission are your responsibility. Delays may impact the timeline of your care plan.
-
Labs are optional but highly recommended. They provide deeper insight and allow for a more precise, root-cause plan. Many clients start with a consultation and add testing later.
-
Perfect — I’ll review any relevant labs you’ve completed and incorporate them into your wellness plan.
-
Traditional medicine uses broad “normal” ranges based on sick populations. In functional medicine, we use optimal ranges — evidence-based markers of true wellness.
I interpret your labs through this lens, alongside your history, symptoms, and terrain to identify root causes — not just manage symptoms.
Payment & Policies
-
No. All services are private pay, but I can provide superbills for potential reimbursement depending on your plan and state.

Due to the time-intensive and digital nature of my services, all sessions and packages are non-refundable. Please schedule a free Discovery Call to ensure we're the right fit.
-
I require 24–48 hours' notice to make changes. Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the session, depending on your package. Full details are outlined in your client agreement.

Payment plans may be available depending on the package and platform. Please inquire before booking if this is something you need.
Working Together
-
No — all sessions are conducted virtually, so I work with clients across the U.S. and internationally (where permitted).

-
Yes! If you're not ready for a full package, you can start with a Starter Consultation — a single deep-dive session that includes intake review, lab recommendations (if needed), and a basic protocol to get you started.
Expectations & Support
-
Healing isn’t linear. Some clients notice change within weeks; others need longer, especially with chronic symptoms. We’ll move at a pace that’s sustainable and respectful of your body’s capacity.
-
No — we go step-by-step. I focus on the most impactful changes first, gradually layering in new habits so your plan feels doable, not overwhelming.
-
I work with individuals who are committed to healing, especially in the areas of gut, immune, and terrain restoration. If you’re ready to take ownership of your wellness journey, I’d love to support you.
-
Absolutely. I collaborate respectfully with your medical team to support your healing naturally and safely, without conflict.
-
Not at all. Whether you’ve been diagnosed or are simply struggling with symptoms, we focus on root-cause healing — no label required.
-
As a functional wellness practitioner, I do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions. Instead, I work to uncover root causes, support your body’s natural healing ability, and empower you through education and lifestyle changes.
-
My approach blends functional wellness, terrain theory, and faith-based, holistic healing. I focus on restoring your body’s natural balance through nutrition, detoxification, and lifestyle — not band-aid solutions. Every plan is customized and rooted in your unique story.
